My Coaching Story

Experienced. Certified. Supportive.

My career in the wellness space has spanned more than 20 years and I qualified as a Transformational Coach in 2023. I've worked in mental health, addiction, rehabilitation, criminal justice and community services. I am committed to ensuring fairness and opportunity for all to enable loving relationships with self and others. 

As a specialist in Trauma, addiction and mental health, I share my knowledge with other coaches through courses, workshops and workbooks.

1:1 Coaching

Coaching is provided remotely, from the comfort of your own home, I'm conversational and informal, I don't know any other way!​​​

Session aims and objectives are led by you. We will explore goals, discuss techniques to achieve them and why and what you have said and how it is impacting on your life.

Sessions are an opportunity to explore what you actually want, and why with someone supportive in a space where emotional inteligance, self awareness and freedom to be yourself is cheered on. 

Coaching impacts on all areas of wellbeing, reducing stress and anxiety, improving quality of life, increasing empowerment and promoting self acceptance. 

Before booking a session I would recommend dropping me a line and we can have a no obligation call and coffee, I can give you more information about me and you can see if I am the right coach for you.

If you would like coaching but are not in a position to pay for sessions, slots are available each month on a pay it forward basis. They are free, the exchange is to pay it forward through a positive exchange with another person.

Ways to Work with Me

If you want to bring the best out in yourself through 1:1 sessions or your practice through group work, I'd love to hear from you. 

With experience of group work facilitation including therapeutic communities spanning many years, I am able to hold space compassionately and honestly.

Lived experience of trauma, estrangement, chronic illness, lone parenting and the world of work against all odds, leave me passionately committed to sharing my knowledge and ideas to ensure that coaching is provided compassionately, to the highest standards in a way that is accessible to people from a diverse range of communities.

Gain inspiration

3 sessions available at any time of your choosing within a 3 month period. Follow up session provided after 6 months. Perfect if you're putting something ins in place, but have some blocks and want to gain insight into them.

Guilt free living

This service is a favorite among many of my clients, sessions can be booked flexibly according to what would work best for you- perhaps it would be beneficial to see me weekly for 4 weeks and then have 2 monthly review sessions? Alternatively you may prefer to see me monthly over 6 months. We can discuss what works best and you can change your mind at any point during the process. Ideal if you want to put new ideas or behaviours in place and then evaluate when implemented
